Processing & Turnaround Time
All Transcendence products are handmade with care to ensure quality and freshness. Because of this, orders require a processing and turnaround time of up to two (2) weeks before shipment. This timeframe does not include shipping transit time.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times will vary based on your selected shipping method and location. Estimated delivery times provided by the carrier are not guaranteed.
Order Updates
You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Delays
Please note that delays may occur due to high order volume, holidays, weather conditions, or carrier-related issues. Transcendence is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Transcendence is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Transcendence is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier. If an issue arises, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information.
